WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) through PayPal. Items will be shipped within 1 week after payment is received and will arrive neatly packaged. If for some reason we experience a delay, we will contact you.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1 week of the order date, excluding weekends & holidays. Delays in processing will be communicated within 24 hours. All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail and arrive within 5 days after the order leaves our studio.

WHAT DELIVERY AREA DO YOU COVER?

At this time, online orders ship only to addresses within the United States. If you would like our products to be shipped outside the US, please email us at info@rosebud-online.com with the items you would like to order and we will reply with rates for international shipping.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

Shipments to addresses within Washington, DC are charged applicable sales tax of 6.0%. Shipments to addresses outside of Washington, DC are not charged sales tax.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If there is an error or defect with your order, simply return the item to us in its original packaging & condition within 7 days of receipt and we’ll be happy to make an exchange or issue a refund. Opened, used items, or final sale items cannot be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. Once we receive the item, we will promptly issue a refund to the credit card used for purchase.

ARE ROSEBUD’S PRODUCTS GREEN?

Our products are printed on Crane’s fine-art cards made from 100% recovered cotton fibers. Tree-free, chlorine-free, renewable and recyclable, our paper is uncommonly beautiful with the touch and feel that can only come from 100% cotton.
